The Bike Path- by Wayne Lankford.
(here is the review I wrote for Amazon):
As the author says, "you don't need a mountain or a bike". Reading this book may get you out on the trails, it may not.
What it will do is give you time to reflect and that is no bad thing in the busy lives everyone has today.
Wayne Lankford, makes a good case for us keeping in touch with ourselves, mother nature and those around us,
the combination of which pays dividends. There is plenty of humour in this book, situations
(that if you do ride a mountain bike on the trails) you'll say "yep - been there" and if you don't will certainly
have you thinking. Makes a good gift for someone you know who rides (but make sure you read it yourself first!).
Mountain Bike Guide - West Midlands by Dave Taylor

human physiology and the future of bicycling. This edition also provides updated information on rolling drag,
