bump'n'grind

bump 'n' grind is our version of getting out in the great outdoors. Mostly off-road routes for people with a reasonable level of all-round fitness. Contact us for details.
Weekly: Urban/off-road rides around Worcester and beyond. Suits a mountain bike mainly. Length of ride depends on wishes of who turns up. Min 1.5 hours max 3hours. Time-8.30am on Sundays. Location-Perdiswell Leisure Centre.
Monthly: Longer ride usually a mix of terrain, up to 6 hours, this often doubles up as a route finding expedition to ressurect old legal routes for more regular use. Suits a mountain bike mainly. Time-8.30am on Sundays. Location-Perdiswell Leisure Centre.
Quarterly:Car share trip to Wales or Lakes to meet up with other riding chums, ride, eat cakes and share ridiculous stories.
Novices will find the local rides less taxing than the trips further afield as the terrain is easier. Why not join us, and enjoy the off-road experience. After 6 local rides the bike handling skills will fine for the next step.
Helmets are required for bump'n'grind rides.
We help each other out along the way, but please bring a spare tube and know how to change it plus food and drink etc.
See trail riding for more info.

If you want a ride around the lanes then riding with the Worcester branch of the Cyclist Touring Club would be a good bet, most CTC riders are really keen but all rides are led by a ride leader and the pace is kept to the slowest rider, see Worcester CTC for details.
