British Urban Mountain Peddlers is THE on-line help resource for pedal power in Worcester and its local area.
bump advocates pedal power as the best way to have fun, keep fit, save money, meet people and feel good about doing your bit for the planet all at the same time.
bump basics is a quick reference page to help go straight to the areas most people first ask for.
This is what the National Cycling website "Bike for all" says about bump:
"this is a condensed selection of tips ("bring a friend along too"); that would grace the best of web sites aimed at
a national audience yet is from a micro-site aimed at cyclists in Worcester only."
Pledge your support for a new cycle bridge across the Servern at Diglis A walking and cycling bridge over the River Severn would create a new map of the
City for people living either side of the River whilst also opening up a circular
riverside walk below the walls of the Cathedral. As this crossing will focus attention
on the south western quadrant of the City, it would also be fundamental in tackling the
long sought connection to Powick by either avoiding the bypass roundabout or ensuring
proper signalised crossings are installed.
